The surprise is that dinner is at your house and you are the chef (please note inviting a woman to your house is best done only after you have broken the ice and there is a certain level of comfort between you two). While she is by your house do not do anything creepy, like answering the door naked or in your underwear this will most always end badly. If you play this right and spring for a nice bottle of wine or champagne, fix a tasty meal while she watches.
